His experience includes property sales, land acquisition, customer relationship management, project coordination, building material procurement, supply chain management, vendor development, and strategic business planning.

Having collaborated with numerous builders and developers over the years, he has gained valuable exposure to large-scale residential and commercial developments. His practical understanding of construction materials, market dynamics, project execution, and customer expectations enables him to oversee projects with exceptional efficiency. Mr. Sanjeev Singh Krishna (Director)

Based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Sanjeev Singh Krishna entered the real estate and infrastructure sector in 2016 and has since accumulated nearly a decade of professional experience.

His career began with exposure to large-scale government housing and infrastructure projects, providing him with strong technical and operational expertise. During 2017–2018, he worked with Montecarlo Limited, where he supervised the construction of residential flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. This assignment involved coordinating construction activities, ensuring quality standards, managing project timelines, and contributing to the successful delivery of affordable housing. Following this, he continued his association with Montecarlo Limited on the development of security towers and drainage systems for the NTPC Thermal Power Plant in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. Working on such large-scale infrastructure projects strengthened his expertise in engineering coordination, project management, quality assurance, and execution of technically demanding assignments.
In addition to infrastructure development, Mr. Krishna has independently delivered
numerous residential houses and commercial buildings for clients in Bhopal. His experience spans project planning, construction supervision, client coordination, contractor management, and quality control.
